New York State LAW:
New York State prohibits the sale of tobacco products to
any persons under the age of 21. This includes the sale of cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, pipes, rolling papers, etc.
Legal forms of identification are; valid (can not be expired or damaged to be valid) State Issued Driver's license, non-driver State ID OR a valid passport. Smokes 4 Less does not allow anyone under the age of 21 inside our stores & ID is required upon entering our locations for any reason. No ID? NO SALE.
We card any customer who appears to be under the age of 37 before initiating the sale of ANY of our product. If a group of people attempt to purchase anything that is age restricted by law,
each individual must provide valid identification verifying they are over the age of 21. If all parties are unable to provide valid ID all will be asked to leave and no sale will occur.
