New York State law prohibits the sale of tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and more. Valid ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) is required to enter any Smokes 4 Less location. No ID means no entry and no sale!

We card anyone appearing under 30 before any purchase. If a group attempts to buy age-restricted products, all members must provide valid ID, or no sale will occur. We proudly comply with all laws and appreciate your understanding!
